Registration

 

Parents must provide us with the required emergency and immunization information prior to their child attending Happy Trails School.

All students must pay a non-refundable registration fee of $75.00 for the first child and $100.00 for a family annually.

 

Billing Policy

 

  • Tuition is billed every Monday
  • Refunds are not given
  • Daily rates will be used for all pro-rated weeks
  • A week is defined as 4 or more days
  • All weeks are based on a calendar week
  • A 10% late fee is charged at the close of business in Wednesday unless arrangements have been made
  • Sick credit will be given for an all day program is a child misses 5 consecutive days of school because of illness. The child must be in attendance for 6 months. One week credit ($120.00) will be given one time per school year
  • A two week vacation credit will be given one time each year. This must be used in 5 day intervals
